Have existing designs you want to see on some swag? Send them our way. That includes logos, past shirt designs, or anything you’ve already printed or sold before. We’ll recreate your existing designs at no additional charge and can even clean up your files if you don’t have a high-quality version.

Share one design or twenty. Put them on one product or a whole lineup. Your logo, your graphics, your call.

Need tweaks, a refresh or a whole new rebrand? Send us your thoughts and we'll work on style, colors, fonts, and overall vibe so your swag looks intentional, not slapped together. One time $99 fee on all newly created designs.

You can request custom, one-of-a-kind designs for events, fundraisers, holidays, launches, awareness campaigns, or whatever you’re dreaming up. Each custom design is $99, and you can request one anytime. Once submitted, we’ll reach out quickly to gather details and get things moving.

Once your shop is live (typically about 10-14 days after initial setup), your branded gear is available 24/7. Customers, clients, members, fans, your mom — anyone with the link can order what they want, whenever they want and have it shipped directly to them, or a friend or a secret admirer.

Orders are placed entirely online, paid by the purchaser and we initiate production immediately.

1. Order Through Your Partner Shop
Browse approved designs, styles, and sizes in your private Partner Shop. Order only what you want to sell. No minimums.

2. We Produce & Ship
We handle printing, quality control, packing, and shipping directly to your storefront.

3. You Get Paid
After fulfillment, you receive 30% of net proceeds from your order, paid on a scheduled basis with a clear payout receipt.

4. You Set the In-Store Price
Mark it up, bundle it, promote it. Your store, your margins.

Every order is fulfilled individually, on demand. That means no order minimums, no upfront inventory, and no bulk orders sitting in boxes.

We take care of production, packing, and fulfillment start to finish.

The first sign an order was placed? Seeing your logo on a stranger’s shirt in the cereal aisle.

Orders ship directly to your customer’s doorstep with tracking provided to them via email and/or text.

Once your shop is live, you don’t need to do anything except share the link and collect your monthly payout from shop sales via Paypal or Venmo.

We’ll provide a clear monthly statement showing what sold and what you earned.

Each business that partners with Wicked Good Swag may choose how they want to handle returns and exchanges within their own branded swag shop. That said, all shops operate on a made-to-order model, and the following policy outlines how Wicked Good Swag handles fulfillment-related issues.

Our Standard Policy

Wicked Good Swag items are made to order, meaning each product is created specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not supported for incorrect size, color, or style selections, or for changes of mind.

If an item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

To report an issue, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include their order number along with a clear photo of the problem. Damaged items do not need to be returned.

If multiple items are affected by the same issue or design, additional photo or video documentation showing all affected products together may be required for verification.

Once approved, a replacement or refund will be issued to the original payment method. In cases of proven unsuccessful delivery, customers may request a reprint (additional shipping charges apply) or opt for a partial refund.

For apparel, minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5") are considered normal and are not considered defects.
