All Wicked Good Swag is created just for you once your order is placed. This helps us keep things fresh, reduce waste, and make sure every item is printed wicked good.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to be processed and produced before shipping. During holidays or high-volume periods, production times may vary slightly.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery generally takes:

Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Wicked Good Swag is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may request a reshipment—additional shipping charges will apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver it. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but missing, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

Unsuccessful Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, you can choose:
