Product Mockups

What you see online is a mockup meant to show the vibe of each product. Because every screen, fabric, and print run has its own personality, final colors, print placement, and small details may vary from what you see. Still wicked good—just not pixel-perfect identical.

Print-On-Demand Notice

Most items on our website are printed on demand—made just for you when your order comes in. This lets us offer tons of designs without stacking mountains of inventory. Because of this, production times may vary, and print-on-demand items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there’s a true manufacturing defect.

Pricing, Shipping & Minimums

Wholesale pricing is based on current production costs and may change as needed. Some items include shipping and some don’t—we’ll always let you know about any additional shipping charges before your order is finalized.
Shipping costs can vary based on order size, destination, or special delivery requirements. Minimum order quantities may apply to certain styles or custom projects, and we’ll fill you in during quoting, ordering or at check out.

Artwork & Design Services

You can provide your own artwork, or we can create something custom for you. If you submit artwork, please make sure it’s high-resolution and print-ready.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have full permission to use it—logos, trademarks, characters, all of it. Wicked Good Swag does not verify ownership and isn’t responsible for any claims or issues tied to unauthorized artwork.
If we design artwork for you, Wicked Good Swag, LLC retains rights to the design unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Custom design fees may apply.

Proofs & Approval

Most online orders go straight into production and do not include a digital proof or physical sample, unless the product listing specifically states otherwise. By placing an order online, you are consenting to the final print as shown in the product mockup.

For items that do include a proof or sample, that preview is your chance to double-check details—colors, placement, spelling, sizing, and everything else.

Once a proof is approved (if provided) or your online order is placed, it’s final. Any changes requested after this point may result in additional fees or extended production time.

Production Time

Production timelines vary based on order size, customization, and print method. We’ll give you an estimated delivery window at the time of ordering, but please note—it’s a helpful estimate, not a guaranteed date.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms vary by product. Once your order is shipped, Wicked Good Swag isn’t responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage that happens during transit. 

Returns & Exchanges

Wholesale, custom, and print-on-demand items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect. If something’s not right, let us know within 5 business days of delivery so we can help.

Quality & Variations

We source comfortable, reliable garments and print with care. Still, because apparel production isn’t an exact science, slight variations in color, sizing, or print results may occur. That’s the nature of the craft.
