Refund policy
Wicked Good Swag is a made-to-order shop, which means every item is created just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, returns and exchanges aren’t supported if the wrong size, color, or style was ordered, or if you simply changed your mind.
But—if your order arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing defect—we’ll make it right.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. There’s no need to return the damaged item.
If multiple items are affected by the same issue or design, please include an extra photo (or video) showing all affected products in one frame so we can confirm the problem.
When a replacement or refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note: in the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you can request a reprint (additional shipping charges apply) or opt for a partial refund.
For apparel: minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5") are considered normal and not defects.
We want every order to arrive wicked good—so if something’s off, just let us know and we’ll fix it.
